Welcome to the Weon Keyong (One Kee-ong) Health Center. We are a fully equipped Pilates Studio located in South Tempe Arizona. We specialize in personalized group classes, private sessions, core and agility training and post rehabilitation.We offer small classes, 4 students to one teacher for equipment based classes and up to 6 students for mat classes. We are here to ensure you feel stronger and educate you the biomechanics of your body and empower you to do work harder.We hope you join and be a part of our Pilates community.Location
