Fit-Cross bootcamp

Bootcamp athletes run, jump rope, and carry odd objects. They frequently move large loads quickly over short distances, and use weightlifting techniques. Athletes also use dumbbells, gymnastics rings, TRX, pull-up bars, kettlebells, and many bodyweight exercises. Classes typically include a warm-up, a high-intensity workout that lasts around ten to twenty minutes and a cool down with active recovery. We create a new workout each day called the Workout of the Day or "WOD".  Bootcamp adaptations include programs for children, pregnant women, seniors, football players, military special forces candidates, and endurance athletes including triathletes, runners, swimmers, rowers, and many more.

TRX yoga fusion

This class is a total body stretching and training program using the TRX. Designed for all fitness levels this class will improve range of motion, decress muscle tension and promote good posture. We are taking all the strength training from TRX combining it with core and full body movement from Pilates and adding the length and stretch in with yoga to create a new class to hit all the areas we need a little work on. Come in and try this new and innovated class created right here in our very own studio.

SPIN/ TRX RIP Training combo

This class is combining spinning and the new TRX RIP trainer together for a heart pumping whole body workout. We give you 25 min of interval training and endurandce riding on the spin bike then hope off and do a 25 min session with The TRX Rip Trainer. The RIP trainer was created to work each client with a unbalanced load that enables development of core strength, explosive power, flexibility and endurance through movement patterns related to everyday life and sport. Rip Training utilizes a weighted lever bar and resistance cord to provide a unique mix of rotation, core stability, control, power, strength, mobility, metabolic conditioning, balance and coordination challenges.

TRX MOBILITY

Flow Mobility is a super efficient workout with quick and easy transitions that will help provide a great foundation for developing strength, endurance and power. Join us as we take you through the four segments of this workout. First, we focus on breaking down tension and warming up the body. The second segment builds upper body mobility while also developing lower body strength. The third segment builds lower body mobility while developing upper body strength and the fourth section brings you down on the ground for some nice and deep hip and hamstring mobility.
