At Five Seasons, it is our goal to help make the world a better place, one client at a time. Let us be your guide to the Pilates Method, which will help you develop core strength for better posture and balance, improved body awareness, and efficiency of movement.We offer private and group instruction in the classical Pilates Method, taught with a contemporary approach. In addition, we offer sessions in Fascial Stretch Therapy.

Pilates Mat Fusion is a class designed to stretch, strengthen, and mobilize your entire body while improving posture, balance and performance in your daily life... while having fun doing it! This format emphasizes using the total body naturally for a complete 5 hour a month workout using portable equipment and is designed for all levels. The instructor will also work one on one with stretch and release techniques and monitor each individual's form and progress. Proper breathing will also be addressed to promote total body awareness through efficient movements. |

GYROKINESIS
GYROKINESIS is a unique movement system which blends similar elements as found in yoga, dance, tai chi and swimming.
