If this is the first time you have ever set foot on a yoga mat, this is your best introduction to a safe, accessible and empowering one hour class. This class has minimal weight bearing (on your hands) and a slower pace which will help you gain clear understanding of healthy alignment in the foundational poses and learn breath awareness. Teachers assist class with helpful and therapeutic adjustments.
