Open Up to Your Strengh Backbend Workshop
You will leave this workshop with a smile on your face. However, you may get wet on this ride. Class will be either heated by the earth or natural gas, but it will be warm. We will vigorously warm the shoulders and hips and then move thru the various forms backbending (or heart shining as I like to think of it). With an emphasis on safety and listening, we will probe the depths possible. Class will end with savasana and then guided meditations concerning the heart. Not recommended for beginners. |
