About Zona Yoga
Zona Yoga is a beautiful Sanctuary nestled in the Dillards District of Zona Rosa, Kansas City, Missouri. We offer Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Hatha, Restorative, Prenatal, and Kids Yoga classes. We also offer varied workshops and live music events. Massage, Energy Healing, Reflexology, and Personal Yoga sessions are available by appointment.

Pilates Basics
Join Kerri Moon for a Pilates Basics class. Pilates and Yoga are complementary practices that enhance core stability, breath awareness and alignment. This class is a six week summer series is designed for students who are new to pilates and want to learn the fundamentals of alignment and core. It also will incorporate various levels, progressing in difficulty appropriate for intermediate pilates student wanting to revisit the basics. You may use your normal class pass. No extra charge!According to Kerri, We will larn the fundamentals and building blocks of Pilates from the mat up. Learn how proper posture not only affects how we live, but how we feel and move. Learn how to engage the core muscles and what that means, to become stronger and feel better in our day to day lives. Advanced Vinyasa Flow
This is the advanced form of Vinyasa Flow. Each class may include arm balances, inversions and backbends woven through a continuous flow of movement designed to lead students to a deep state of calm and tranquility. Students work with different breathing patterns and meditations. Each class is specifically sequenced to help the body open into an advanced “Peak Pose”. The room is usually heated to 80+ degrees. Bring a towel and be prepared to MOVE YOUR BODY! For the Experienced Student ONLY. |

Friday night classes are special classes and workshops. The first Friday is Restorative Yoga, The second Friday is a Yoga 101 (basics) workshop. The third Friday is Hot Yoga and the fourth Friday is a Yoga 101 (advanced) workshop. Friday Night Specials are $15.00 drop in or students may use their normal Yoga package.
