A fusion of strenthening, balance and Pilates with the spring resistance of the MVE chair. You also must be able to pivot the 30 pound chair. This is a fun, challenging workout.

Pilates on the ORBIT

Introducing the ORBIT. This mat class is utilizing this unique prop that challenges core stability, inproves spinal mobility and is just plain fun! The ORBIT is a heavy duty "scooter" that allows us to perform Pilates Exercise on an unstable surface. Anyone who understands the Pilates principles can do this class. There are a couple of exceptions. It is not recommended for persons with osteoporosis. You should not do this if you have significant shoulder, elbow or wrist issues. IF you have knee problems, you should talk to Angie to see if this would be an appropriate class.
