Fit On Teens 30/30

Our Fit On Teen Cycling Program will focus on giving your teen a sense of achievement, social interaction and physical activity. During the classes we will encourage proper nutrition and respect for their bodies, done with a combination of facts, humor and current events. Students will be encouraged to keep a journal about how they felt about class and if they are meeting their goals. Class music will be current top 40. Class is structured with 30 minutes of a sculpting session, with core and functional training doing some weight training and body weight exercises, i.e, push ups and sit ups followed by 30 minutes of indoor cycling.
