About Lila East End Yoga
Lila East End offers a space for everyone to benefit from the collective practice of yoga. The translation for lila (pronounced leela) means divine play and celebration of all life. The joyful practice of yoga allows us to gain a sense of awareness, appreciation, and celebration for all that we are, and all that surrounds us. Through this intention, we are thrilled to be able to continue offering the greater Portland, Maine community a space that promotes whole health and wellness.

Restorative Yoga
An invitation to take time for yourself ~ to journey inward and replenish your well. An opportunity to RELAX, EXHALE, LET GO, RECEIVE....
