Kid's Yoga (Ages 5-10) combines story-telling, games, creative movement, imagination building activities and more to help kids learn the practice of yoga.Classes will focus on breath work, songs, games and relaxation techniques that will help children build the foundation for a healthy and fit lifestyle. Practicing yoga can help a child develop concentration, patience, strength, flexibility and an overall sense of well being. Single class is $15 or you can purchase a 5 week pass for only $60. * Each parent must fill out and sign the New Student Release Form at the studio before the first class!Martina Aldrich is a trained ChildLight Yoga instructor since 2007 and completed the Radiant Child Yoga certification in March of 2010. Heated Power Vinyasa

A Vinyasa based flow designed for ALL students - from beginners to advanced. Instructor will offer modifications throughout the class so students can either increase or decrease the intensity of the class depending on their abilities and wishes.
