CrossFit 101 Class
CrossFit 101 is a slower paced introduction to CrossFit. CrossFit 101 consists of 10 sessions with classes two times a week across five weeks. The content in these sessions are progressive so your commitment to making all of them is important. It is in these classes that you will learn how to safely and effectively do the movements that are core to the CrossFit program. Each session lasts one hour and will consist of a warm-up, specific strength, body weight, and gymnastic movement instruction and practice. Each class ends with a CrossFit Work Out (WOD) that incorporates the various skills you’ve learned. |
