THRIVE WEIGHT MANAGEMENT is a guaranteed weight loss program based on each clients' individual metabolic rate, healthy nutrition and exercise supervised by certified personal trainers. The THRIVE lifestyle plan is an exercise-only option (without the nutrition plan). Supportive personal trainers are always available to supervise and assist you at no additional cost.
