Based on the principles of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, this class is an ideal introduction to the principles of flow yoga. Hatha Yoga consists of precise body stretching at a relaxed pace, focusing on proper body alignment and meditation, while Vinyasa Yoga is a series of poses sequenced like a river flowing, with the breath. Yoga Flow for all levels is an excellent class for most levels of practice.  This class provides a strong foundation while learning both Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga. The temperature is kept around 80' for optimal opening of muscles and joints.

This class blends the yoga teachings into a challenging flow (vinyasa) practice. It connects postures, movement and breath into different sequences.
