    Going into the 15th year, The Yoga & Movement Center is one of the pre-eminent yoga studios in the East Bay. We are conveniently located in downtown Walnut Creek amid cafes, restaurants, and shops. Ample parking is available and validation is provided for City-owned parking lots for students who buy a series of classes.The Yoga & Movement Center offers a wide range of yoga and movement classes--most, but not all, based on the therapeutic methods of BKS Iyengar. Currently we offer classes for all levels of experience, including beginner yogis. You have more than a dozen teachers to choose from, and a variety of flavors of yoga to taste.
