  Forever Laser Institut is a full-service medical spa owned and operated by the founders of Alchimie Forever, the world-renowned antioxidant skincare line. Situated on Rue du Rhone, Geneva's most upscale shopping destination, the spa specializes in non-surgical alternatives for face and body rejuvenation. The 6,600-square-foot facility's forward-thinking design scheme counterbalances the sleekness of colored plexiglass and shiny white surfaces with miniature gardens composed of dried plants. In comfortable lounges and waiting rooms, guests are served tea and signature beverages while awaiting treatment.

  Mesotherapy, injections, chemical peels, and all laser treatments are performed by staff M.D.s, who also supervise the nurses, estheticians, and spa therapists who administer the remainder of the treatments. The staff at the spa speaks French, German, Italian, and English.

  State-of-the-art laser technologies (including FDA-approved fractional laser systems) provide regimens addressing fine lines, scars, unwanted veins, acne, and hyperpigmentation, among other common skin conditions. Permanent laser hair reduction services can be complemented by electrolysis and/or waxing.

  The spa also strives to enhance guests' appearance through a body-sculpting program that includes nutritional consultations with a doctor, mesotherapy, fat-targeting laser treatments, and mechanical anti-cellulite massage. Facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion are additional rejuvenating options.

Dr. Luigi L. Polla studied laser dermatology in Boston, Massachusetts, for two years. Upon his return in 1986, he established a solo dermatology practice, which he has maintained ever since. He is certified by the Swiss Board of Dermatology. Dr. Polla is a past president of the Swiss Society for Esthetic Medicine as well as a board member of the Committee on the International Union of Esthetic Medicine. He has authored several articles on dermatology, laser surgery, and dermato-cosmetology.

Upon her return to Geneva, Dr. Polla became the head of the allergy unit at Hopital Cantonal Universitaire. Between 1994 and 2000, she was head of the research laboratory at the Cochin Faculty University Paris V in France. Dr. Polla is the author of many books and articles on heat-shock proteins, dermato-cosmetology, art, and politics.
