EMPOWER Tabata (Int.-Adv.)

EMPOWER Tabata is an intense, interval-training workout. The class regimen takes you through a variety of exercises in 20-second bouts of high-intensity training. This is followed by 10 seconds of rest, and then is repeated eight times in a row. Working out in these short, intense bursts of energy (with very short recovery) has an incredible effect on your body—both inside and out. It has been scientifically proven to increase your endurance and athletic performance, while also decreasing your body fat and increasing your metabolism. This is an Intermediate to Advanced Level class. 45 Minutes.
