Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa means "Breath synchronized movement." In this class, we will use flowing sequences and sun salutations to warm the body, giving ourselves the ability to reach new levels of strength, power, flexibility and peace in our poses and practice. The strength of Vinyasa is in it's diversity. There is no set series or philosophy that teachers must follow, so there is a lot of room for the individual personality of each teacher and each student to shine through, making this a great class for all levels of experience and fitness.
