Power Yoga is an advanced vinyasa flow that is inspired by the energy of the class and the experiences of the teacher, with a creative sequence that is always unique and different. This class is conducted in a heated room of about 90 degrees and is only appropriate for somebody with yoga experience. Power Yoga uses upbeat music and rhythms and draws from many different styles of yoga. Morning Meditation

Come explore various mediation techniques used to gain mastery over the mind. Not familiar with mediation or very little experience? No worries!
