Moving Meditation Vinyasa

This class is designed to allow yogis of all levels to move deeper into their breath work and to explore the meditative qualities of vinyasa flow. Students will have the opportunity to combine the practice of pranayama and meditation within the asanas, and to work intentionally and with commitment on the mat. This class will be fused with both movement and stillness, vigor and restoration. If the goal of yoga is the 'stilling of the cessations of the mind', then this class will be a first step into moving beyond the body and mind, and into the breath and the realization of the true self that resides within the heart.
