The poses will flow from one to another more quickly than with a level one class, so you end up doing more poses. Challenging poses that require more strength, flexibility, and balance will be taught. Appropriate for those with a consistent practice.

Gentle Yoga for Women

This class invites you to a practice designed for women, in a slow-paced, caring atmosphere of acceptance created by women working together.Gentle (Pre-Level 1)For students who are new to yoga or looking for a gentle, but thorough, yoga class. Meant to strengthen, align, as well as relax, the focus is on breathing, alignment and development of body/mind awareness, in a non-competitive atmosphere of acceptance. Appropriate for students who are recovering from injuries or chronic pain; adaptations of poses for various conditions are welcomed, as well as taught. Students must be able to sit on the floor and get up without assistance.

A noon flow yoga class designed to take the kinks and stress out of your day and leave you feeling energized.

Happy Hour Yoga ($5 donation)

This mixed-level, donation class, is offered at a reduced rate ($5) in gratitude to the community. Cash or check only (class cards not accepted). Donations will go to our scholarship fund.

Intermediate (level 2)

This is an intermediate yoga class that integrates breath, reflection and alignment into a sequence of poses (held at length) which will build to an advanced apex pose. It is recommended that students attending this class have a regular practice.

Yoga for Optimal Health

In this gentle yoga class, we will use the ancient practice of hatha yoga to maintain, reestablish or create wellbeing in our body and mind.
