TUF'er Yoga is a more advanced class for our yogi's desiring a more physical practice. TUF'er Yoga takes our TUF Yoga class to the next level. Beginners may want to start in our TUF Yoga classes initially, however our instructors are knowledgeable and our class size small enough to modify for each student. TUF Yoga incorporates all the benefits of stretching, opening and breathing presented with time to enjoy the moment. Each TUF instructor teaches from the heart, meaning each instructor's class will vary in style. We encourage the student to try all instructors to find the style that suits their needs. |
