PLAN D Competition

Focusing on more 'advanced' CrossFit athletes (doing CrossFit more than 6 months) who might be interested in competing in CrossFit events as an individual or team. Participants are serious about their CrossFit training - doing class at least 3 times a week and RX'ing most workouts.  You must be familiar with Plan D competition programming, including completing some of the workouts on your own.This class is 90 minutes, but will move quickly.  Plan to warm up on your own and be ready to go.  We'll mobilize, then work on skills.  We'll likely hit one or two strength workouts then into a met con, maybe two.  We may finish with additional skill or efficiency work followed by a cool down.  An experience CrossFit athlete will be on hand to keep things running smooth and provide coaching for the lifts and workouts.

Yoga

We offer Power Vinyasa Yoga, based off of the Zuda Flow and the teachings of Ann Marie Kramer, Bill Prysock and Barron Baptiste. It is rooted in Ashtanga and can be defined as, Power - acting on your own behalf, Vinyasa - placing things in a special order, Yoga - skillfulness in action.Our Yoga certified instructors are also CrossFit enthusiasts. They are aware of DCF's daily programming and will tailor the Yoga sessions to compliment DCF wods and focus areas of the body. Yoga class is 45 minutes long. You will stretch, strengthen, breathe, move and laugh. The room will be warm, to help facilitate movement. A warm up, flow, balance, back and abs, hip opening and sevasana (rest). Dress comfortably, bring a yoga mat and a towel (you may sweat.) If you have a yoga block bring it, though it is not required.

Yoga

We offer Power Vinyasa Yoga, based off of the Zuda Flow and the teachings of Ann Marie Kramer, Bill Prysock and Barron Baptiste. It is rooted in Ashtanga and can be defined as, Power - acting on your own behalf, Vinyasa - placing things in a special order, Yoga - skillfulness in action.Our Yoga certified instructors are also CrossFit enthusiasts. They are aware of DCF's daily programming and will tailor the Yoga sessions to compliment DCF wods and focus areas of the body. Yoga class is 45 minutes long. You will stretch, strengthen, breathe, move and laugh. The room will be warm, to help facilitate movement. A warm up, flow, balance, back and abs, hip opening and sevasana (rest). Dress comfortably, bring a yoga mat and a towel (you may sweat.) If you have a yoga block bring it, though it is not required.

PLAN D Competition

Focusing on more 'advanced' CrossFit athletes (doing CrossFit more than 6 months) who might be interested in competing in CrossFit events as an individual or team. Participants are serious about their CrossFit training - doing class at least 3 times a week and RX'ing most workouts.  You must be familiar with Plan D competition programming, including completing some of the workouts on your own.This class is 90 minutes, but will move quickly.  Plan to warm up on your own and be ready to go.  We'll mobilize, then work on skills.  We'll likely hit one or two strength workouts then into a met con, maybe two.  We may finish with additional skill or efficiency work followed by a cool down.  An experience CrossFit athlete will be on hand to keep things running smooth and provide coaching for the lifts and workouts.

Yoga

We offer Power Vinyasa Yoga, based off of the Zuda Flow and the teachings of Ann Marie Kramer, Bill Prysock and Barron Baptiste. It is rooted in Ashtanga and can be defined as, Power - acting on your own behalf, Vinyasa - placing things in a special order, Yoga - skillfulness in action.Our Yoga certified instructors are also CrossFit enthusiasts. They are aware of DCF's daily programming and will tailor the Yoga sessions to compliment DCF wods and focus areas of the body. Yoga class is 45 minutes long. You will stretch, strengthen, breathe, move and laugh. The room will be warm, to help facilitate movement. A warm up, flow, balance, back and abs, hip opening and sevasana (rest). Dress comfortably, bring a yoga mat and a towel (you may sweat.) If you have a yoga block bring it, though it is not required.
