    We offer a wide variety of yoga classes with experienced, dynamic & knowledgeable teachers in Ashtanga (led classes & traditional Mysore style), Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, AcroYoga & more.

    Our schedule boasts over 25 classes each week in addition to specialized workshops with nationally-renowned teachers. Our in-studio boutique supplies a variety of yoga clothing, accessories, props, books & CDs. All of this in a unique, circular space, wood floor and domed ceilings with a circumferential view of the Catalina mountains while you practice.

    Our ultimate goal is to provide a safe, comfortable space to allow students the chance to experience the joy of living a life in physical, emotional and spiritual balance.

Ashtanga Playdate is a fun, flowing class exploring vinyasas and sequencing similar to those seen in the first and second series of Ashtanga Yoga, with the feel of a Jivamukti-style yoga class. Challenging posture variations are given with many hands-on adjustments allowing students to explore taking their asana to new levels in a supportive environment. Introduction to Ashtanga is required for participation in this class to prevent injury.
