(Postpartum) Mommy & Me

This special class is for new moms* and their healthy babies, ages 6 weeks to pre-walkers. We spend the time doing some yoga poses to help mom recover from pregnancy and build strength, but no prior yoga experience is necessary. Baby can nap or play on the mat, or ride along with mom for some extra resistance. Moms have the opportunity to connect with others, get out and about, and learn about how to safely strengthen and tone their bodies. (Postpartum) Mommy & Me

This special class is for new moms* and their healthy babies, ages 6 weeks to pre-walkers. We spend the time doing some yoga poses to help mom recover from pregnancy and build strength, but no prior yoga experience is necessary. Baby can nap or play on the mat, or ride along with mom for some extra resistance. Moms have the opportunity to connect with others, get out and about, and learn about how to safely strengthen and tone their bodies. Feeding and diapering are welcome at any time. *Please check with your care provider before returning to yoga. Adoptive mamas are always welcome.
