They are designed for students who want to add a second or third class to their weekly practice, or who are unable to commit to a standing appointment time each week. Equipment-based classes vary in content from week to week and can include training on the Pilates Reformer (including jumpboard training), Stability Chair, Arc Barrel, Spine Corrector, or Pilates Edge. The maximum number of students per class is 4. Classes can be reserved up to one week in advance, online or by phone. Yoga-Pilates Fusion
Yoga-Pilates Fusion combines the ancient system of Hatha Yoga with the "Contrology" method of Joseph Pilates. Each class will begin with warm up from both yoga and pilates. Challenging pilates matwork and Hatha Yoga will be interspersed throughout the workout providing both flexiblity training and core work. We will finish with a slow cool down and a relaxation pose called savasana. Experience how flexibility can improve your pilates and how strengthing your core can improve your yoga.
