    We are NOT a gym — we are a by appointment only, private, one-on-one strength training studio and also offer Life Coaching.You pay as you go and can quit at any time — there are NO memberships or long term contractsWe can work with people who have physical challenges that require special adjustments to their workout for it to be safeYou can work out in street clothes and not sweat — we keep the studio very coolWe save you time; down from 5 days a week at the gym trying to build up your strength, to 2, 20-minute sessions a week!
