Oasis Day Spa and Hair Salon

I arrived at the spa 30 minutes prior to my scheduled appt time (was in the area and hoped they'd take me early). The nice lady at the front desk asked me to have a seat while she checked on bumping up my appt time. Less than a minute later I was escorted back to a lovely private room which was dimly lit (in my opinion to provide a relaxing atmosphere, which it did). I was then given prep instructions and the privacy to do so. After an appropriate amt of time, Ms. Penny returned to the room to do my wax. I explained that this was my first waxing and she "walked" me through it step by step. She was very careful, nice and professional. Great experience from the time I walked in to the time I left. I will definitely go back!

This is a wonderful relaxing place. I had a great experience while visiting some family and we went there to get our hair done!

This spa was the closest to my home and therefore I made and appointment. I got to my hair and pedicure appointment 10 minutes before it was scheduled. It was obvious the people who run this spa deferred to regular customers because I was treated like an afterthought. I sat and watched a customer who came in after me get her hair cut. After my hair was cut, which was acceptable I waited again before I was led to the pedicure soak tub. I soaked for almost an hour and a half before I was given the pedicure. I was there for over 3 hours. Only the shampoo girl asked if she could get me anything while my feet became waterlogged. I could consider this a ordinary salon rather than a spa. My children, who gave me the gift certificate would be appalled at how I was treated as they wanted this to be relaxing for me. 3 hours watching others being served before me was not relaxing. The women there were only cordial to me, not friendly. I would not go back there again.

I went to get an hour pregnancy massage. My appointment was for 12:00-1:00. I got there at 12:05, then was given paperwork to fill out about my medical history. Once we got back there they had to set up the pregnancy bed, then I was asked to undress and get situated. By the time the massage lady got back in there it was 12:25. She gave me a 30 minute massage and charged me for the FULL HOUR! Once I realized what happened I called them to ask them about it and she told me it wasn't her fault I was late. My husband called to ask for a refund or store credit for the half we were cheated and the owner HUNG UP ON HIM!!! I do not recommend this salon!

Spoke with the manager today to handle a problem that could have been easily solved and was yelled at. I asked to speak with the owner to resolve the issue; turns out the manager is the owner! I will never take my business back. If you are looking for a calm relaxing spa treatment this is NOT the place to go!

This was my first visit. I was anxious about having my long hair styled, but the Stylist they chose for me was great ! She listened to my needs and preferences, and I love my new look. I will definitely return

I really enjoyed the massage treatment at this spa. The staff was professional, the rooms were clean and the massage was relaxing. Room was slightly noisy, as you could hear the activities in the hair salon. The day I went the radio playing relaxing music kept on skipping also. It was a good visit and I would come back but it would be fair to say it was not an excellent spa experience.
