We believe that great yoga should be available to everyone - this free community yoga class will be open to the public.  Everyone is welcome, including CYS students & members and Drop-in's. This is a wonderful Introduction to Yoga, perfect for beginners and is also appropriate for all levels of practice, fitness, and walks of life. Class will be learning the basic fundamentals of alignment, pranayama, and yoga theory.  Taught by Jen Majors.  6-week series. Sundays, (May 19 - June 30) from 2-3pm.
