Private Personal Training 60 Minute
A mix of strength training, aerobic conditioning and stretching individualized to meet your goals and designed to keep your body balanced. Working one-on-one with a trainer means no two workouts will be the same. Strength training will incorporate use of cable-based weight machines, free weights, stability balls, BOSU, bands, rings, TRX, etc. Cardio will include specific heart-rate goals on the elliptical, treadmill, strider or bike. Each session ends with exercises/stretches aimed to improve flexibility. |
