The best way is to experience it as this class is approached from a relaxing and restorative perspective. This practice is targeted at stretching and healing the deeper tissues, ligaments, and tendons in the body. The postures are held for longer periods of time so it can be a more meditative practice, and is a perfect compliment to your vinyasa flows.
