Happy Hour Yoga [by donation]
Join us for a chance to warm up and stretch before your big night out, sweat out the week, and/or keep up your regular practice. This vinyasa-style class opens with sun salutations (with modifications), moves into a standing and seated sequence, and ends with finishing poses and savasana. We will practice dropping out of the thinking mind and into the feeling body and not take ourselves too seriously, it is Friday after all. This is a donation-based class; feel free to pay by series or by cash donation. You decide the balance of what the class is worth to you and what you can afford each week. Cardio Salsa gives you the best of two worlds: intense cardiovascular exercise and authentic Salsa dance. The class is all levels, and beginners will learn basic salsa steps, rhythmic patterns, and how to coordinate steps on the dance floor. Jenny Lucero-Rivera will start with the basics and pick up pace as the class progresses -- developing an entire salsa phrase by the end of class. Cardio Salsa will bring out your confidence and edge! Happy Hour Yoga [by donation]
Join us for a chance to warm up and stretch before your big night out, sweat out the week, and/or keep up your regular practice. This vinyasa-style class opens with sun salutations (with modifications), moves into a standing and seated sequence, and ends with finishing poses and savasana. We will practice dropping out of the thinking mind and into the feeling body and not take ourselves too seriously, it is Friday after all. This is a donation-based class; feel free to pay by series or by cash donation. You decide the balance of what the class is worth to you and what you can afford each week.
