Foundations and Flow with Alice is a workshop for building a foundation for your yoga practice that brings stability - which lets you access the freedom to flow in class! For both intermediate and beginner students, we will work from a place of alignment and clarity in the body and then move through core sequences and poses from a vinyasa practice.We will spend time exploring the connection to breath as a vital foundation of yoga.
