Our wide variety of classes allow students to start where they are and move in the direction of integration and health. Our teachers individualize their classes to educate a wide variety of students, offering a personal teacher/student relationship that addresses the needs and aspirations of the students, while teaching the true meaning of yoga as a path to equanimity and grace.

Community Yoga is a low-cost class, making yoga accessible to everyone! Come join us. The suggested donation is $5 or what you can afford (no one turned away).
