About Pilates Yoga and Beyond
Pilates Yoga and Beyond offers a variety of group classes and individual sessions to assist participants on their wellness journey. Located in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, this studio offers a warm and inviting atmosphere to welcome individuals interested in yoga, pilates, thai yoga, belly dancing and general wellness. Our goal is to offer high-quality instruction to people interested in increasing flexibility, balance, coordination, strength and releasing stress, tension and blocked energy. Pilates Mat/Body Rolling Class
Pilates encourages you to strengthen your weakest link. Whether you are an elite athlete or just stepping into the fitness scene, there are pilates exercises for everyone. Pilates gets you 'into' your body—creating precision, flowing motion, control, strength, balance and symmetry throughout the body. Body Rolling is a way to stretch and relax muscles using a ball or foam roller. Participants who are in good health and do not have any physical limitations can participate in group classes. Once you arrive for group class- come through the door on the right side of house and up the stairs. |

This flow style yoga class is appropriate for beginners and advanced participants. Instructions will be given for all levels. Participants who are in good health and do not have any major physical limitations can participate in group classes. (Individuals with health concerns and major physical limitations are encouraged to participate in private sessions.) The Pilates "Chair" is a special piece of equipment designed originally by Joseph Pilates. There are standing, sitting, lying down and kneeling exercises. This is not a "folding chair" class, so be prepared to sweat. Once you arrive for group class- come through the door on the right side of house and up the stairs. |
