It can be a hit or miss if you don't know who to ask for. The ladies at the front desk don't always check your preferences. My husband and I have been going there on and off for 4years and 50% of the time they set us up with a male therapist. We stopped going when they stopped accepting spa finder coupons on discounted services.

It took forever for someone to help me. Does anyone work the front desk? The therapists were running amuck. Rooms, hygenic procedures, massage, and treatments, were all subpar. I'm glad I wasn't paying resort prices because I would've been very upset. I would've paid more for ambiance, service, and an upgrade in facilities. Sorry, it's like the poor man's "spa". GROSS.

The staff was phenomenal especially my masseuse Stefan. When I first called for a last minute appointment they were able to accommodate me with no problem. Let me share my experience with my wonderful massage. Stefan was able to release all the stress and tension from my whole body. He is very professional and I can't wait to get a massage again.

Even though this spa is located in a shopping center there is more than can be exprcted through those doors! I loved my time with the massage and I am going to go back in a few weeks!

I had the most unique facial from Kim....She used all Organic products and was a facial I could feel working. I think it was the fire and ice facial....then she topped it off with an Oxygen treatment. It was wonderful....walked out of the spa glowing.

The spa is located in a small strip mall. The treatment rooms are very tiny however, the staff is friendly and service oriented. The services are reasonably priced and well worth anything that the local lacks. I had the BEST deep tissue massage I have ever experienced and a facial like no other! What a find!

Booked a package of European facial and relaxation massage. The facial was wonderful with Kim and the massage with Marshall was also perfect. I just wished I had more time to stay longer.
