    Located at the St. Jude Centers for Rehabilitation and Wellness, Synergy offers a more focused environment than traditional gyms as well as an innovative array of classes. We offer classes for every intensity level—from post-rehabilitation and physical therapy programs to active adult fitness and weekend warrior performance training. Synergy also offers a full spectrum of health promotion and wellness services such as individual and family nutrition consultation, and stress management training.
