I received a gift certificate for Christmas for a Mother/Daughter day and was not able to use it right away, but I certainly was glad I did eventually. Staff was very pleasant and friendly. The massage was awesome and to make it better, the table was heated (it was a cool day) with an electric fireplace in the room. To top it off, was able to enjoy a cup of tea afterwards while sitting and enjoying the grounds.

Both facials and massages are very good and very relaxing. Friendly and experienced staff. Definitely worth the trip!
