I didn't have luck with the hair stylist at this location but I did try out the spa a few times.
At this Mario's I do feel a little relaxed in the spa area, as it's upstairs and away from all the hustle & bustle of the salon and attached shopping mall. I had a pleasant spa experience here, felt relaxed when I left. I also had a facial, pretty good.

I have been to this location many times mostly for my hair where I have found a fantastic technican. They are always on time and friendly. For the spa it is nothing too special. Somewhat relaxing for being in a mall setting but nothing to write home about.

I have visited Mario Tricoci at this location and others a number of times, but it seems their quality has gone done but the cost of services have gone way up. At my recent visit, I received a pedicure. The technician was nice, but I don't think the pedicure was any better than one received at any other nail salon for half the cost. I had excess polish on the skin and cuticles that was peeling off. Overpriced and won't go back.

I went for a facial at this location and the aestetician upsold me a pumpkin treatment during my facial. I asked her how much and she said she didn't know. I stupidly went for it anyway and a $70 treatment turned in to $135.00. I left no tip of course. Something tells me she did know how much it was, but at the very least she should have known.
Since I'd agreed to the treatment and received it, I didn't complain, but will never go back. I spend a lot of money on my face, and they will never get another dime. They also spend a lot of time selling you on their own private label products. I have no idea their quality.
I am not impressed by their way of doing business.
