The entry was a little hard to find (a small, dark colored awning, squeezed between two shops). They're located upstairs, so I was looking for a store front and no one told me there wasn't one when I called. And once I went up the elevator I walked into a small lobby, about the size of a dentist office with no seating.
I was greeted right away and my masseuse (Sharon) let me use the bathroom and then took me right in to her room (no offer from her or the front desk or mention of a shower room or lockers, no bathrobes to wear, etc.)
I have never done a deep tissue massage, but Sharon exceeded my expectations-professional, nice and personable. She didn't start any conversations unless I did first (I'm a talker, but like peace and quiet for most of the massage.) She did ask me a couple times if it was too hard etc. etc. Her techniques felt perfect for me. For a 30 min DTM She worked on my entire back, neck and head, focusing on my problem areas. I couldn't have asked for someone better.
The room was tiny (6x8 maybe?), but atmosphere was wonderful.. Heated table was great!
I would definitally go there again if it was for Sharon, otherwise I like having the royal bathrobe treatment when I pay X amount of dollars for a treatment.

Certainly not the biggest day spa in the area but the ambiance is pleasant enough. Massages are very good and massage beds and facial beds are super comfortable. Prices are reasonable for all treatments. Staff is very warm and friendly.
Only negative is that estheticians push a bit too hard to upsell extra treatments for your facial so be careful if you are trying to stick to a budget.
Overall, a good spot to try when you need a quick massage or facial but can't get away to NYC or a destination spa.
