    At Radiant Yoga, we are excited about sharing the joy of yoga with our students. We believe that with a regular yoga practice, one can bring balance to every aspect of his/her life, enhancing the quality and happiness of that life. We also believe anyone can do yoga. That is why we offer a variety of classes to meet the differing needs of students. Our instructors have all been trained how to teach varying levels of students, and do so in a non-competitive and encouraging atmosphere. It’s our goal to make you feel better walking out the door than you did walking in.

Yoga has been proven to have wonderful benefits for kids; it increases strength, flexibility, coordination, self-awareness, and self-esteem. Yoga poses inspire creativity (we turn our bodies into trees, mountains and animals!), as well as provide a sense of calmness and relaxation. Yoga philosophy encourages teamwork and teaches respect, compassion and sharing. Summer Solstice

Join us as we move through 108 Sun Salutations in celebration of the Summer Solstice. We will perform 4 rounds of 27 Sun Salutations to celebrate the longest day and shortest night of the year. Remember, you can rest in child's pose or down dog at anytime. You may also choose to take a break from Sun Salutations and opt for some cat/cow flows instead. Intro to Ashtanga

Ashtanga Yoga is a 5,000 year old set sequence of postures designed to bring strength, flexibility and endurance to the body and a sense of stillness to the mind. This intro class will teach the fundamentals of ashtanga yoga, sun salutations, primary series postures, ujjayi breath, energy locks and vinyasas to prepare the student for the full primary series of ashtanga yoga. Each practice will close with a short seated meditation.

Slow Flow - Community Class

Slow Flow is a slower moving Vinyasa class that leads students through a slow flow of sequences creating mindful awareness of the body through alignment and breath. This meditative practice includes longer holds to ignite the body’s internal heat and allow deep release to occur. Students learn to balance strength, flexibility and effort with surrender in each pose. A mix of Restorative poses are included at the end of class.  This is a community, "pay what you can (PWYC)" class.  Students may choose to use class passes in lieu of PWYC. (All levels)
