The Spa at Las Ventanas offers spa-goers an international menu of holistic services inspired by ancient Bajan healers' belief of balancing the spirit and physical well-being. The spa's private desert garden setting and meditation solarium offer a tranquil environment for spa-goers to reflect and relax. Spa facilities comprise seven treatment rooms, including four cabana-style spaces that come equipped with a private shower. There are extensive and separate facilities for men and women, which include a steam room, sauna, and whirlpool, and healthful, portion-controlled spa cuisine is available.
Offerings include the signature Las Ventanas Elemental Journeys, such as the Baja Vitality ritual, which incorporates an invigorating Pinole cinnamon scrub, relaxing massage, and express facial. Each treatment begins with a soothing foot soak of limes, red pepper, or aloe.

An all-suite property, Las Ventanas's accommodations offer sea, sand, and desert garden views. Room interiors remain faithful to Mexican culture, with terracotta fireplaces, hand-carved cedar doors, Conchuela limestone flooring, and platform beds with inlaid-pebble headboards. All come equipped with satellite TV and wireless Internet and offer in-room amenities such as butler service, an in-room tequila welcoming, and fresh fruit. Some rooms offer rooftop terraces with infinity-edge Jacuzzis or patios with infinity-edge pools.
The Restaurant, the resort's fine-dining restaurant with sea views, serves innovative "Baja-Mediterranean" cuisine made with fresh ingredients and bold flavors. Classic Mexican specialties are also available. The restaurant's sophisticated Mexican-Mediterranean atmosphere is complemented by hand-painted murals and Mexican and French tableware. Fresh seafood and fine meats prepared on wood-burning grills and a brick-and-clay oven are featured at The Sea Grill, set along the ocean's edge; the eatery's Mexican tapas menu is a good accompaniment with evening drinks. The outdoor Tequila and Ceviche Bar provides an array of raw and cooked seafood.

Guests have their pick of a network of swimming pools that snake through the resort grounds, and poolside amenities such as preloaded iPods, fresh fruit, cold towels, and spritzers make it easy to relax. There are two tennis courts and a full-service fitness center on site, and the resort's concierge can arrange a variety of off-property activities upon request, including hiking, horseback riding, whale watching, and sunset cocktail cruises. Golf is a major draw, with four nearby courses, including two designed by Jack Nicklaus. One-hour cooking classes taught by the resort's chefs are available once a week, held in the open-air demonstration kitchen. Water sports activities abound--sport fishing is a main attraction here--with plenty of opportunities to surf, sail, scuba dive, and snorkel. Guests wanting to explore either the Pacific Coast or the Sea of Cortez can also reserve the resort's three luxury yachts: the 52-foot Paradisus, the 60-foot Satisfaction, and the 63-foot Dawn Patrol.
