This class is a slower moving vinyasa flow that guides you through a blend of yoga styles under the dim glow of the candles. It incorporates a variety of more challenging poses. The lighting will set the mood and instantly relax your mind and body. This class is a great way to end your hectic day. The purpose is to leave you feeling rested.Prior yoga experience recommended .
