Level 1 is our Fundamentals class. This class emphasizes the importance of alignment and breathe while lengthen and strengthening on a Pilates Reformer. Level 1 is great for beginners or for people who need a little extra time focused on stretching. Although this is a slower-paced class, you will still receive a great workout every time!
