Stretched is a pilates class designed to increase mobility. This class will leave you feeling more flexible and limber. It is great for anyone who generally feels tight or for athletes who need to increase their range of motion to maximize their muscles strength. This class consists of a 15-20 minute warm up and then will take time to emphasis on each major muscle group to help improve mobility and flexibility.*This class is safe and great for all ages!
