I have been coming here for their basic European facials for years. The prices are quite reasonable, the facilities very nice and the estheticians very professional and nice. I highly recommend this establishment. The spafinder certificates make it a great value as well. Good place for waxing as well!

Come to Raya for high quality products, reasonably priced services, and the most professional staff around. These women know what they are doing. From Waxing, to Facials, to Massages, I am always pleased with my experience at Raya. The spa area is nice, but not huge. Don't expect quite a Burke Williams magnitude retreat as far as amenities go... they just don't have quite that much space. But you will get sauna/steam and some killer showers. No jacuzzis, but a much nicer price tag than Burke Williams, too. This place lets you relax and not feel horrible about how much you spent.

My boyfriend and I visited this spa for massages during our LA trip. I cannot believe the service I got for this price. It was AMAZING. I felt like royalty. The facility was first class all the way. There were several details such as fresh apples, the aromatherapy steam room, and spa products available for use, that made the visit extra special. And my service was excellent. I wished I lived in LA to come to this spa regularly. I would highly recommend this!

I have been coming here for my monthly facial for years. At $67 dollars a facial, the prices are reasonable and wont break the bank. The atmosphere isn't as nice as a high end spa, but if you are interested in a great facial at a great price then this is 100% your place.

I went with a friend and also bought a gift certificate for my husband. I think I had the best experience due to the expertise of the facialist. However, I do believe that they have many qualified estheticians. After my microdermabrasion (and oxygen peel), my skin glowed. A woman at a deli I frequent even noticed the difference! Another plus is that it is fairly affordable. It may not have all the frills but it is a clean, professional-looking place.

This spa is very affordable and gives the best bang for your buck from what I've experienced. I go get a facial every month from them (bought a series). And they always seem to be on point. The men's spa side is smaller in size and I think they schedule it out so not only one guy is in there at a time. The place is clean and sleek, but does not have a comforting vibe, but more like your in an industrial spa.

I have lived in Los Angeles for four years and found Raya to be the highest quality spa for the price, until I had two terrible experiences in a row that have soured me on this spa forever. The last time I went I got a 90 minute Swedish massage that could have been given to me by a first-day massage student. The woman seemed uninterested in being there and sweated on me several times. This was the single worst massage I have ever gotten, including massage students. I was willing to forgive one bad experience for years of great service until today when I found out that they will not perform ANY services on a first trimester pregnant women. Not a facial, not an eyebrow wax, not even access to their spa. This is completely disheartening as a woman who is 14 weeks pregnant and needs relief from the back and neck pain I am in. I have had MANY other massages at other massage clinics while pregnant. Pregnancy massage is extremely common and it is insulting to be told that as a pregnant woman they have NO services for me at Raya and that NO accommodations can be made. I was looking for their world class services, which by all accounts dwindled away a while ago, but will take my patronage elsewhere. Raya, don't expect me to come back when I need post-pregnancy services. This place has degenerated to bad services and even worse customer service.

I found this spa when I was given a spa finder gift certificate, the day I went I arrived only 15 minutes before my appointment due to terrible trafic instead of making me rush the staff moved my appointment to 30 minutes later so I could enjoy the sauna. The facial rooms were beautiful and very relaxing. The products were wonderful ( I have alergies and had no problems with there products). The staff recomended an add on of ultrasound cleaning which was the best thing I have ever had done to my skin. This procedure not only cleaned out all of my blackheads but shrunk my pores and the results have lasted for four months. I will be returning this month and will continue to go at least 4-6 times a year. BY THE WAY THE PRICES ARE AMAZING FOR THE SERVICES YOU GET.

I had gone to this spa several times. I keep going back because the prices are very affordable and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Although I have so say that sometimes the staff at the front desk is sort of rude.

I have been a client at Raya for two years and have been very satisfied with the facial treatments. Lili is the best... very professional and caring. My skin has improved with the use of the products. My favorite products are the Mint Souffle Cleanser and Vital Silk Serum. Most salons add mask after mask. Lili realy cleans my skin, literally “deep pore” cleans it, with no blotching afterwards. The employees are all trained by Raya herself in traditional European skin treatment. The Price-wise it's a real bargain and I have recommended it to my friends.

My sister bought me a gift card for a facial and massage. Heavenly!!! The place is amazing. I have never seen such a lavish day spa. Service was professional. The spa facility is very clean and provides all the little extras. Prices are very reasonable. I have become a regular. Highly Recommended.
