Pilates Flow (Mat)

In Pilates Flow we will follow classic pilates mat technique, but with an emphasis on continuous movement and fluidity. With a focus on core muscles, concentration on breath, and the quality (not quantity) of movements, you will see an improvement in your flexibility, strength, and body awareness. We will occasionally use props to deepen our understanding of the fundamental skills. As we flow through the series of movements, we will take time to stretch and will also incorporate elements of Yoga. In the process, you will find your body feeling toned and strong, as well as lengthened, aligned and centered.
