Women and Girls Self-Defense

The Women and Girl's Self Defense workshop is a 3 hour class open to ages 13 and up. This workshop is specifically designed for women to learn strategies to defend and escape an attacker. Sharon will teach you how to bring your own strengths to a conflict while minimizing the strengths of the attacker with easy to remember movements. The program is very much hands on and fun.Participants will receive a handout containing basic safety information, self defense principles as well as a summary of the techniques you will learn to help you remember what you've learned during class. During the seminar an "attacker" will be fully padded for you to practice on. This incredibly empowering workshop is a must have for all women. $50 per person.
