During this one hour Assessment and Evaluation the participant will be put through a serious of tests in order to evaluate their bodies stats and fitness level. These tests will net results such as but not limited to: Body Fat %, Circumferential Measurements, Blood Pressure and Physical Strength. These tests can be used to judge a participants progression during an exercise regimen. It is recommended that an active person have an assessment performed on them every 1 - 3 months to check progression and stay on track with positive physical change. Having an assessment done prior to starting an exercise or diet routine is a great way to monitor progress. |

At Lifestyle Personal Training our focus is to assist you in becoming the best athlete you can be. No matter what your strengths or weaknesses, we will help you become a stronger and more efficient athlete. Our training methods will develop your body in all five major parameters of fitness; strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and coordination. With our help, you will begin feeling energized after just one session and will improve your performance within just a few short weeks. This is where one client and one trainer will meet for one half hour, 1 to 4 times a week depending on their needs. During this time, we will go through a stretch routine, training, and discuss diet, sleep, stress and any other area of concern.
