All Levels Hatha Yoga

This 90 minute class will focus on traditional yoga postures done with precise alignment techniques, yogic breathing, meditation, and restorative poses that will leave you feeling refreshed and empowered.  Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, even if you can't touch your toes, all the layers of your being will come alive through the exploration of yoga in this unique mixed level class.

Level 2 Intermediate/advanced

In this class, we will dive into possibility!  First we will generate heat in the body through focussed intention and dynamic movement (flowing salutations and postures).  Then, with alignment, we will explore intermediate and advanced asana.  Participants must be able to kick up to a handstand at the wall and pressup into backbend with straight arms.

Suzanne will lead you through a slow, sometimes medium paced Kripalu Yoga class.  Enjoy simple postures that offer gentle stretching and strengthening for the body.  Learn meditation as well as breathing techniques that soothe and energize.  Modifications are offered to make this practice accessible for all levels and abilities.  Beginners are welcome.
