Body Dynamics in Boulder, Colorado is a health and fitness studio specializing in Pilates, Personal Training, Physical Therapy, Kangoo Jumps and Massage . Our fitness classes include Kangoo Jumps, Pilates Reformer, Fitball, TRX, boot camp and ski conditioning (seasonal). We are proud to have served the Boulder area for 20 years and have been featured in many national publications.

HoopFit (3 class series)
Kristina Sutcliffe uses the hoola hoop as a movement tool to increase core strength in a fun and dynamic way. The hoop is propelled on the core of the body from the legs all the way up to the neck and shoulders. (Full core strengthening as students learn to hoop in both directions.) Students will also learn to manipulate the hoop off body with arms and hands, increasing the fitness factor by toning the arms and back and integrating the left/right brain functioning, increasing neural pathways. Learning to hoop is fun, expressive and meditative, as well as a full body workout. |
