I just had my first massage at Tranquility and I'm already ready to go back! Kelly was fantastic and my goodness, the building is one of the most beautiful places I've been in. Leave extra time to marvel at the furnishings and the charm of the building. My entire experience from the ease of the online booking process to the check out process and everything in between was really quite fantastic. Everyone at Tranquility was so nice and polite! I can't wait to go back. I just had my hair cut and colored and the stylist could not have been nicer. She knew exactly what I wanted even when I didn't. I would really like to go back and get a massage. I really enjoyed the whole experience. Oh, and I loved being greeted by the sweetest dog ever at the door.

I treated myself to a spa day to reduce stress & it was wonderful! They have hair services on the main floor. The inn is upstairs & looks really pretty with antiques and all, but I didn't stay there so I don't really know. The spa and nail services are downstairs. The waiting room upstairs is too small, but the one downstairs is very nice with a fireplace. All the staff were very nice, working with my crazy schedule, and explaining things, but not talking too much so I could still relax. I also had a pedicure, and the polish still looks perfect after a week!

The day started with management losing our appointments, even though they were made well in advance. I went with my bridal party and our manicures were *awful*. They appeared sloppily applied and peeled off, whole, within hours of leaving the salon. By the wedding, six of my ten fingernails were bare of polish, and my attendants had similar problems.
